Job Responsibilities:

• Get business requirements or pain points
• Translate business needs by developing business requirements and functional specifications as document, Business flow and System/Data Flow for the implementation of business solutions
• Communicates and negotiates with all relevant stakeholders (both business and IT) to ensure a balance of usability and fit with IT Solution and architecture
• Ensure that all requirements are complied with applicable standard

Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, computer Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 1-year experience in Business Analyst or System Analyst role
• Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide appropriate solution
• Background of Agile principles and process
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as clients, developers, or testers
• Successful track record of developing products within deadlines, Excellent attention to detail
