To sustain the growth of the company as well as the expansion of our services we are currently looking for a Group Underwriter.

Your main responsibilities are:

Group Underwriting (with the Regional Product Manager)

All below-listed responsibilities are regional

• Prepare quotes of experience rated groups for new business or renewals
• Perform claims analysis whenever requested
• Initiate and follow up on quotes preparation and dressing

Product Management (with the Regional Group Underwriter)

Support existing products revamp as and when occurring.

• Review of benefits, pricing and Terms and Conditions
• Liaise with internal stakeholders as Sales, Marketing and Operations as well as with external stakeholders.

Ad Hoc project support

• Revamp Your Health quote tool
• Set up and feed a product library
• Perform regular market comparisons

Your profile is:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree at minimum
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role
• Some experience in the health insurance would be a strong plus
• Strong business acumen. and curiosity
• Ability to lead projects and negotiate at a high level in organizations
• Problem solver, willing to embrace the many opportunities
• Very good command of English.
