• System proficiency: Use SARA, the Work Order Tracker, and Microsoft Excel.

• Organisation and prioritisation: Manage multiple requests and prioritise urgent cases.

• Follow-up and problem-solving: Track outstanding actions, resolve coordination issues, and escalate delays.

• Attention to detail: Check unit numbers, scope, pricing, approvals, and completion records.

Position Specific

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, engineering, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance coordination, property management, customer service, or administrative support.

• Good Thai and English communication skills, including the ability to translate technical quotations accurately.

• Basic understanding of building maintenance, repair work, and handyman services.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with case management or Work Order systems is an advantage.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests.

• Proactive follow-up and effective coordination skills.
