Job Requirement:

• Security Operations Supervision - Assist the Security Manager in overseeing daily security activities and ensuring operational effectiveness.
• Emergency & Incident Response - Support in managing emergencies, coordinating with security teams, and enforcing protocols.
• Personnel Training & Performance Monitoring - Assist in training, evaluating, and improving the performance of security personnel.
• CCTV & Radio Communications Management - Monitor security systems and ensure proper usage of communication equipment.
• Administrative & Compliance Support - Help in maintaining reports, security policies, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Liaison with Other Departments - Act as a point of contact between security teams and other business units
• Handling Incident Reports and Communication - Responsible for managing the process of receiving incident reports from residents or guests in a housing estate or condominium, with a strong focus on English communication, also in charge of handling related documentation and reports
• Oversee the inspection and readiness of emergency equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring timely maintenance and reporting any issues.

Position Specific

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, or a related field.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role, managing security personnel and daily operations.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and security audits.
• Basic understanding of fire safety and first aid procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise security personnel effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities with internal teams and external agencies.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and emergencies.
