Assistant Chief Accountant (Banyan Tree Resorts & Spa)

Location: Phuket

Job Purpose:

To carry on monthly closing and day-to-day accounting tasks for Singapore entities

Key Result Areas:

• Close accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

• Prepare balance sheet account and bank reconciliations, ensuring supporting schedules are in place

• Prepare supporting reports to facilitate financial reporting.

• Review accounts receivables (AR), accounts payable (AP), receipts, and payments.

• Submit monthly and yearly tax and VAT reports.

• Coordinate with relevant personnel, departments and affiliated companies.

General:

• Monitor accounting operations of Singapore entities with Singapore accountants.

Key

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, or related field.

• Good English communication.

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
