Description:

To manage and drive all aspects of the outlet's operations to consistently and profitably deliver high quality F&B service in accordance with established standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management Business Administration Food & Beverage Management or a related field., Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position., Strong knowledge and understanding of restaurant bar banquet and food and beverage operations., Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage develop and motivate team members effectively., Excellent planning management and food and beverage cost control skills., Ability to prepare budgets analyze operational performance and drive sales to achieve business targets., Knowledge of service standards food hygiene and workplace safety regulations including HACCP Food Safety standards., Good command of English both spoken and written., Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and relevant hotel management systems., Strong communication negotiation problem-solving and decision-making skills., Service-minded with a professional appearance and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction., Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a flexible working environment.
