JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Studying, analyzing, planning working tasks & schedules and assigning Production tasks to subordinates

·         Evaluating fabrication processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators

·         Developing fabrication processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment

·         Improving production efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout

·         Assuring product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes

·         Providing manufacturing engineering information if required

·         Keeping equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special service

·         Collecting product and process data, preparing reports by analyzing, and summarizing information and trend, and reporting to reporting line

·         Updating professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

·         Coaching the team in production techniques and advising team in any matters related to production tasks

·         Developing production technical trainings to increase team's expertise

·         Supporting and Cooperating with Production, Service, QC, Safety, and other related department on Welding matters

·         Communicating, leading and contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

·         Performing other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION:

·         Bachelor's in Engineering and and Mechanical Engineer or related fields

SKILLS:

·         Good command of the English language both spoken and written

·         1-3 years' professional experience

·         Initiative, Positive Attitude, Self-Going, Well Organized, Detail Oriented

·         Coaching, Interpersonal, People Management, Problem-Solving skills, Leadership

·         Ability to interpret engineering drawings (AutoCAD), specifications, work codes etc.

·         Computer literacy

·         Knowledge of fabrication manufacturing processes and techniques, raw materials, quality systems                and standards, machines and tools

·         Ability to work un-supervised
