JOB DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for Failure Analysis of Field Failure/RMA Units
- Maintain Record of RMA Data
-  Evaluate electrical, thermal and mechanical characteristics of integrated circuits, components, sub-components and systems to determine root cause of failure
- Analyze failure reports and recommend corrective action to prevent reoccurrence of problems
- Develop, record and perform various failure analysis on systems and components to identify root cause
- Maintain and oversee calibration of analysis equipment

REQUIREMENT

1.Min 3 years OEM factory experience, Chinese or English speaking
2. Excellent Knowledge about Failure Analysis and Good Analytical Skill
3. Verbal and written communication skills in English is must, if Thai/Chinese language will benefit. Minimun of TOEIC score 700.
4. Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure.
5. Detail-oriented and creative with a questioning mind.
6. Desire and ability for problem solving and debugging.
7. Ability to work with a wide range of people with varying degrees of experience.
8. Strong interpersonal, organizational, documentation, communication & presentation skills.
