Your day at NTT DATA
As an Associate Transformation Consultant at NTT DATA, you'll be part of innovative client business transformations using cutting-edge information technology. You'll explore evolving trends within emerging technology areas and help identify opportunities that open up new business capabilities, drive profitable growth, and ensure competitive cost efficiencies.
Your day will involve gathering and analysing DATA to uncover issues and weak points, understanding their root causes, and formulating recommendations that will drive significant business changes. You'll assist in designing methodologies to address IT and business issues professionally and knowledgeably, enabling our client organizations to achieve their goals.
You'll support client-facing workshops, collect and analyse both IT and business issues, and present your findings to the client's organization. Additionally, you will be involved in the presale processes, developing strategic roadmaps, and completing necessary business transformation documentation.
Working closely under the guidance of presales architects, you'll develop strategic roadmaps for domain specialization and communicate these roadmaps, along with business cases, effectively. Continuously seeking opportunities to learn, you will monitor client satisfaction and ensure the completion of assignments, contributing to the successful delivery of transformative projects.
To thrive in this role, you need to have:

• Entry-level knowledge in a specific domain or industry, with consulting and client engagement experience.
• Understanding of business transformation and strategic thinking ability.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with an understanding of strategic business impacts.
• Previous experience in a consulting or IT role within a large-scale, multinational technology services environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent client service orientation.
• Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Management, or a related field.
