Production Engineer (IM)

Location: Banwa Factory, Thailand

Job Description:

• Manage contract review to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

• Follow up on customer requirements and ensure they are properly reflected in production plans.

• Receive customer orders and prepare both production and shipment plans accordingly.

• Plan and control production input and output to achieve efficient workflow.

• Monitor and follow up on material, packaging, and spare part shortages to prevent production delays.

• Control and manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse.

• Monitor and control stock levels of WIP (Work in Process), finished goods, and slow-moving inventory.

• Manage and control shipment processes to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

• Supervise manpower allocation and working methods within the Production Control section.

• Coordinate effectively with all departments and customers to ensure smooth operations from production to delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in field of Study: Science (Statistics) or Engineering (Industrial Engineering)

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in production planning, communication, and coordination with internal teams and customers

• English Skills: Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)

• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
