About the role:

As a Senior/Leader Test Development Engineer, you will take charge of developing and optimizing test solutions for mixed-signal IC products, ensuring high-quality performance and cost efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive CP/FT test solutions for mixed-signal IC products.
• Take ownership of test architecture, ATE software, and hardware solutions.
• Optimize yield, quality performance, and cost across the product lifecycle.
• Lead NPI bring-up and ensure seamless integration of test solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.

Qualifications:

• Experience in analog or mixed-signal IC testing.
• Strong expertise in ATE test hardware design, particularly load boards.
• Proficiency in test development languages such as C / C++ / VB
• Proficiency in Cadence or similar EDA tools.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and Failure Analysis (FA).
• Experience in technical leadership or mentoring engineers.
• Chinese language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
