The Manager in Training will work on floor in the shop and start learning sales associate's duties at the beginning level and will be trained in operation skills and management skills to be promoted to higher levels of position of management team in the future based on the performance.

• Male / Female, Thai nationality, age between 25-30 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in any related field, Master's Degree will be advantage
• 1 – 2 years experience in retail store management will be a plus
• English proficiency in business level
• Interested in Fashion and eager to learn and grow with the company
• Able to be flexible to transfer among others brand in the company
• Able to work at shop in the Department Store
• Able to work flexible hours and on weekends
• Advanced computer Skill (Ms-Office, Outlook, Internet)
• Able to train and develop a team with high leadership skill
• Understand of cross-cultural and service minded
• Able to work under pressure and time-constraints
