• IQA Engineer field ( Optical )

Job Responsibility:

IQA Engineer is responsible for incoming material quality assurance to make sure that material load to production line is good quality. IQA engineer communicate to all concerning sections to improve quality of material and make sure no issues both of quality and quantity to support production line. Support the Organizational Goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

• Audits to ensure that incoming material quality controls are maintained.

• Studies quality capability of machines and process and furnishes results to design and manufacturing planning.

• Prepares inspection instruction correspond to process and product specifications.

• Initiates and participate in design of plans to raise quality level.

• Communicates effectively with team for customer's complaints and provide solution.

• Organizes and manages people in their sections.

• Monitors material quality, report and notify concerning people

• Manages and controls effectiveness of material in/out IQA.

• Knows your customer's expectations and drives action to meet them.

• Perform other duties as properly assigned by supervisor/leader.

• Perform routine system checks, calibrations, and preventative maintenance to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Conduct measurements of surface roughness, flatness, reflectance, transmittance, and other optical properties as required.

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train IQA technician on the proper use of metrology tools.

Qualification:

• At least 2 years in the Incoming Quality Assurance Engineer field.

• Experience in Electronics or Semiconductor business is preferable.

• Interpersonal and communication skills, Negotiation skills

• Details-oriented, Good Analytical skills, Hard working

• Good Command of English in both speaking and writing skills
