Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your portfolio management and digital transformation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and dynamic teammates.

You'll shape the future of GBC Operations Excellence by driving business, digital, and continuous improvement programs. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as supply chain, customer service, and operations), lead digital project execution, and ensure resources are effectively allocated to meet strategic priorities, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of defining and governing the GBC Operations Excellence portfolio but also managing the GBC project roadmap and leading digital transformation initiatives.

We'll look to you for:

• GBC Operations Excellence Portfolio Management, including Business, Digital and Continuous Improvement Programs:

• Define and govern the GBC Operations Excellence portfolio across Business, Digital and Continuous Improvement programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivery standards.

• Standardise portfolio management practices, such as demand intake, project planning, review cadence, escalation, ROI calculation, benefits tracking, and KPI reporting.

• Own the GBC project roadmap and new demand management, ensuring resources are effectively allocated based on skills, capacity, and priorities to deliver the right outcomes within agreed timelines and in line with customer needs.

• Drive end-to-end project governance—including planning, milestone tracking, risk and opportunity management, and project performance reviews—across the digital supply chain portfolio.

• Manage the GBC Solution Catalogue by consolidating solutions, governing solution development, and enabling structured scale-up across sites and regions.

2. Project Leadership & Execution:

• Lead and manage Digital projects, such as business intelligence (BI), UI applications (PApps), Power Automate, QlikSense & Power BI dashboard, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives (such as coding scripts for SAP) and AI PoC.

• Capture and translate business requirements into clear business and technical specifications for digital solutions.

• Coordinate activities across multiple teams to achieve project goals, resolve delivery issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely execution against agreed priorities.

• Address risks and opportunities in digital project execution, facilitate meetings to deploy, test, validate, and explore solutions, and lead root cause analysis (RCA) for data integrity issues across ERP and application interfaces.

• Manage project change requests and issues after GO LIVE for digital solutions, monitoring overall performance and usage of your BI for sustainable solution.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data/Analytics, or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear operational documentation and training materials

• Experience in operations, supply chain, customer service, or planning environments with multi-stakeholder interfaces

• Proven experience in digital project portfolio management and/or digital project management within supply chain or operations

• Familiarity with digital tools for operations, such as Power BI, automation tools, SQL, Python, Microsoft 365, and an interest in AI adoption

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, with experience in structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methods (Yellow Belt/Green Belt exposure is a plus)

• Ability to work across cultures and time zones, align RACI, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
