About the Role
Responsible for developing strategic plans through agency campaigns and awards to ensure continued success of growth and profitability of agency distribution.- Develop Business & Sales strategy for SBA Sales Channels and supervise progress accordingly
- Analyse efficiency, identify gaps and propose improvement strategy through BDE Segmentation
- Plan, implement and lead Activation Campaign from end-to-end
- Conduct Sales performance analysis and look for opportunities to improve the business performance
- Develop Digital Channel Strategy and new sales operation model for SBA to drive Bancassurance business
- Provide sharp analysis and reinvent Go-To-Market strategy for SBA
- Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
