Job Descriptions:

  1. Manage end‑to‑end Packaging R&D activities including sourcing new suppliers, developing new packaging materials, machines, and sustainable solutions.
  2. Lead key packaging development projects such as cost saving, process improvement, and new primary packaging design for NPD and existing products.
  3. Lead packaging testing, validations, and qualification of new materials and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  4. Develop and execute packaging test methods, validation protocols, and technical evaluations for development and improvement projects.
  5. Coordinate with Marketing, Production, Quality, Suppliers, OEMs, and cross‑functional teams to support customer‑specific and business requirements.
  6. Provide technical and scientific support for new product launches and continuous packaging improvements.
  7. Manage and coach 1–2 Packaging Executives to align with team objectives, company policies, and performance expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Packaging, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging development, preferably in food or beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems (e.g., FSSC 22000, GMP, BRC).
  • Understanding of packaging design, testing, and validation standards (ISO, ASTM).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for packaging design and artwork development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work cross‑functionally.
  • Good leadership, coaching, communication skills in English, and a positive working attitude.
