Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements to identify actual business needs and expected outcomes.
• Lead requirement workshops and translate requirements into process flows, functional specifications, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Create current-state and future-state process diagrams using BPMN.
• Prepare basic wireframes or low-fidelity prototypes to confirm requirements and user flows; experience with Figma is preferred.
• Work with Technical Leads, Solution Architects, developers, UX/UI Designers, and vendors to design practical and sustainable solutions.
• Analyze cross-platform system integrations and prepare data-mapping specifications, including source and target fields, transformation rules, validation, and error-handling requirements.
• Coordinate project delivery activities, manage requirement changes, and proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies.
• Plan and coordinate SIT and UAT, manage defects, and validate solution readiness before production deployment.
• Support go-live, cutover, hypercare, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation improvement.
• Manage communication with business stakeholders and vendors, resolve requirement conflicts, and drive stakeholders toward clear decisions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Independently drive assigned projects or workstreams from requirement discovery through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, Product Ownership, IT Project Delivery, or a related role.
• Proven experience independently managing requirements for medium- to large-scale software implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of requirement analysis, business process modelling, BPMN, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Experience creating basic wireframes or prototypes; proficiency in Figma or an equivalent tool is an advantage.
• Experience with cross-platform system integration projects, such as SAP integration with Web Applications, Mobile Applications, APIs, Data Platforms, or external systems.
• Able to discuss and prepare data-mapping specifications with business and technical teams.
