The Automation supervisor will report to The Automation Lead, Response leading on shift / daily execute to preventive maintenance, routine daily inspection & collection daily performance report, including corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, prepare periodic reports on the progress made concerning faulty machines, errors, and processes ; machine upstream, downstream including material handling of Beverage plant.

• Lead on shift / daily automation management, check % control point of automation system as plan.
• Monitoring & patrol shift/daily check point, control point, report daily performance
• Daily troubleshooting downtime, breakdown event reports, update TPM board
• Support quality systems, FSSC22000, HACCP, TPM, Safety, improvement project
• Development skill of Automation Technician
• Cross functional and other work required

Qualification:

• Diploma with 7-10 years or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, Instrumentation and Control Engineering with 3-5 year experiences
• Experience in installation & commissioning machine / Maintenance machine in filling, packing automation of beverage, daily business
• Experience with DCS and/or PLC,SCADA,HMI, coding including, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Wonderware
• Familiar with control and drives system, Danfoss, Siemens, Mitsubishi etc.
• Understanding of electrical standards and local requirements and general electrical safety best practices.
• Understanding of “smart” instrumentation protocols (i.e.:Asi, HART, Fieldbus, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, etc.) and automation hardware (system I/O modules &/or cards, power supplies, control relays, signal conditioners, etc.), Electronics sensor application in automation system.
• Possess multiple skills in the areas of fluid power, manufacturing processes, electricity, electronics mechanical systems, flowmeters and various types of field instruments
