Key Responsibility

• Lead planning and performance of the end to end construction to ensure that assigned project are complete within timeline and budget
• Manage the development and construction within agreed standards and all the necessary and relevant building permits and contracts are in accordance with local regulations
• Accountable for achieving teams objectives, stakeholder management and escalation management
• Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans
• Plan & schedule (along with stakeholders) project delivery timelines/ milestones, budgets etc. and track deliveries against the same
• Provide a feasible new construction proposal regarding development program
• Ensure the team adheres to the defined ways of working, process, KPI & SLA's etc. and all deliverables are completed to given scope and within target budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineer /Architect or related fields
• At least 7 years experience in end to end construction project
• Have an experience and knowledgeable for property developer, construction management or project management
• Business and operation acumen
• Project Management
• Influencing and presentation skills
• Excellent communication
• Strong analysis and critical thinking
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication in English
