Key Responsibility:

• Oversees E2E operations, working closely with operation team to plan expansion , align processes across branches
• Keep following up and Tracking Performance in all business in Food retail.
• Initial WGLL (What Good Looks Like) of all Food retail business. design layout display, kitchen, equipment & work process to ensure standard and efficiency process
• Analysis food retail business performance, find out related factor which improved business performance and make a suggestion on a report of performance.
• Analysis food retail business performance, find out related factor which impacted on low business performance and make a suggestion on further action to fix that issue.
• Progressive tracking and report to direct superior for those performance and issue
• Creating and executing improvement plans to support scalable and efficient growth
• Being project management (PMO) for Jungle related project, collaborate and follow up on related task and cross functional to carry on the implementation of the project to be on time and smooth
• Regularly executing business report as usual and including by any requested from related parties
• Providing improvement plan and communication to each group of business within Food retail function in performance matrix

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Experience in foodservice, food CPG, or food retail sectors is a plus.
• Knowledge of business report and data analysis
• Problem solving and project management skills
• Cross-functional collaboration and leadership : Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively build relationships, collaborate and influence across the business with a variety of stakeholders, expertise & experiences.
• Self-starter with high energy level : Ability to work independently and equally skilled to collaborate in a team, rallying the group to deliver results. Strong attention to detail.
