You will be responsible for local and overseas purchases for the school and ensuring that all aspects of purchases to internal policies and procedures. This involves working with faculty and staff on sourcing and selecting appropriate vendors, negotiating prices and implementing improvements to enhance the purchasing function

• To operate the primary school's purchasing function according to the school policy
• To obtain competitive quotes for best value purchases
• To negotiate best price and terms to ensure purchasing is in accordance to required
• specification
• To liaise with teachers and staff regarding requirements and specifications
• To co-ordinate and receive delivery of shipments at the school
• To check deliveries are correct and in place
• To make sure all deliveries meet deadlines
• To maintain purchasing records and documentation
• To assist in the sourcing and ordering of school products e.g. uniform, trip shirts and
• sports kits
• To update, maintain and implement new purchasing software system
• Audits and spot checks of shop inventory

• A minimum of 2 years experience in purchasing
• Good command of English and Thai
• Good negotiation skill
• Good critical thinking skill
• Experience with computerized purchasing systems and proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Positive, initiative and pro-active attitude
