This role provides administrative and organizational support to the Student Services Hub, coordinating assessments, maintaining records, and assisting with academic accommodations for high school students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule assessments in the student services hub
• Maintain a secure testing environment
• Support teachers with accommodation requests
• Supervise student groups
• Coordinate Hub operations including space preparation and resource management
• Handle database updates and confidential record storage
• Provide clerical support for the Learning Support Team

Required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in education
• Strong English and Thai language proficiency
• Proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and Google Workspace tools
• Experience working with students having special educational needs (preferred)

Employment Terms:

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with flexibility as needed
