Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Intern who wants to understand how an ecommerce fashion brand works and creates a digital experience for its customers. Are you the kind of person who enjoys creating beautiful and functional UX/UI for use on websites and applications? Proficient in Photoshop, Sketch, working with Grids? We are looking for a talented UI/UX to join or team as an intern.

You will work with the Engineering team to ship beautiful products that delight millions of users throughout Asia and beyond. We are committed to leveraging technology as a competitive advantage. At Pomelo, each team member is expected to work autonomously, often setting their own objectives and key results.

What you will gain/learn

The candidate would understand the Iterative design process out of the academic context.

Responsibilities

Support the UX/UI designer developing wireframes following the specs created by the product management team.

Support the UX/UI designer developing mockups that follow user flows created in collaboration with the product management team.

Support the UX/UI designer creating styles and libraries to share with the Brand and Visual Team so we can improve the workflow between different areas of the company.

Qualifications

Knowledgeable about Website/Mobile application design principles and processes.

Knowledgeable about UX design principles, and able to develop solutions for those principles.

Proficient with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch and Zeplin.

No professional experience required but will be valued.

Quick learner who is always interested in learning more.

Excellent English Communication Skills.
