Retail Training, Team Lead (Thailand)
ที่โพเมโล่ แฟชั่น จำกัดWere looking for a training associate to assist our retail training manager in developing a training program for our retail employees. The successful candidate has to plan, organize, and execute training sessions. He/she is expected to spend about 50% of the time at the stores.
He/she has to ensure that our staff is well-trained in-store operational tasks, selling skills and problem-solving skills to maximize customer satisfaction while in store.
Responsibilities
Assist the retail training manager in developing new training materials, bible and platform from scratch working closely with the whole retail team, HR and engineering team. This includes:
In-office training program
Online training program
In-store training
Understand the O2O retail models and implement training relevant to each retail model
Onboarding new retail staffs, assess staff skill and assign them with training sessions
Train all key areas of retail day-to-day operation including cashier management, salesfloor management, fitting room, customer service, selling skills, tech feature related to customer experiences, and other relevant skills that maximize customer satisfaction
Coaching and identify an area of development of retail staffs to improve their skills
Help training manager assess employee skills, talents, performance and prepare written evaluation with improvement advice
Research and identify future training needs and create a curriculum to facilitate that training and continually improve the existing training curriculum to meet the changing needs of the retail team and organization
Assist the retail training manager in creating and executing mystery shopping and customer survey
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree, Masters preferred
3-5 years of experience in sales and training in the relevant industry
3+ years of working in the retail industry
Have a good analytical skill, presentation skill, teaching/ coaching, and outstanding communication skills
Innovative, people-oriented, self-starter with good interpersonal skills,
Deep understanding of retail day-to-day operations, detail oriented and numbers-driven
Experience in designing and implementing curricula
Excellent team - building, organization, strong customer service minded, pleasant personality, positive attitude, motivational and leadership skills
Good understanding of technology and O2O retail
Fluent in English
