The opportunity

Join our growing Virtual Bank team and lead the design, development, and performance of SME-focused solutions — including loans, deposits, and payment services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end financial products for SME customers
• Prioritize product backlog, run agile sprints, and deliver features with real customer impact
• Analyze customer behavior and product performance to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Tech, UX/UI, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams
• Conduct UAT, track KPIs, and report product performance to leadership
• Research market trends and identify opportunities for innovation

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3–5 years in product management, fintech, SME lending, Banking or merchant platform
• Strong understanding of SME customer needs and banking products
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Data-driven, customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Fluent in Thai and English.
