Bangkok Provide strategic & planning direction for business along with involvement in many initiatives on how to drive the growth using variety of parameters such as customer acquisition, retention and commission etc. This role also involves some initiatives for product innovations and ideas. Think beyond the current situation and come up with optimum price, product proposals and impact to grow the company revenue.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or related fields. and MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on data analysis, planning and forecasting, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in advanced statistical analysis and tools to build predictive modelling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience in coaching and developing team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other related software.
