Job Description

Manage and support the company's business applications to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Oversee Reporting and Business Intelligence solutions, including Qlik Sense, dashboards, and analytical reports to support business decision-making.

• Manage cloud-related application environments and infrastructure to ensure system stability, security, and performance.

• Lead IT and Digital Transformation projects from requirement gathering, planning, budgeting, implementation, testing, and post go-live support.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal users to resolve issues and continuously improve system performance and usability.

• Analyze business and system issues and propose process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Lead and develop the IT Application team, including performance management, coaching, and capability development.

• Support the preparation of IT documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.

• Ensure IT applications and related operations comply with company standards, policies, and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT Application, ERP, or Business Application management.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in team leadership or project management roles.

• Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, or related platforms.

• Good understanding of Cloud Technology and Application Architecture.

• Experience in Project Management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.

• Experience in Retail, Trading, Distribution, or FMCG businesses would be an advantage.

• Good command of English communication skills, both written and spoken.
