About this Role

At ABACUS digital, we are working hard to provide better access to credit for everyone, aiming to solve one of the fundamental problems in Thailand – financial inclusion. Our flagship product is the digital lending application, MoneyThunder, that is already used by more than one million people in Thailand. We are at the stage of scaling the impact beyond the first million.

As a Data Analyst, you will bring your passion and expertise in data analytics to empower the team to make informed decisions and take creative approaches to solve business problems using insights from data. You will get to learn about latest data technology popular among tech startups and best practices in data analytics from other talented team members

What will you do

• Collaborate with various business units to understand and address data-related needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to track business performance metrics and support ongoing business analysis.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and answer complex business questions.
• Design and execute experiments to measure the impact of new initiatives or features, providing actionable recommendations.
• Empower teams across the company to make data-driven decisions by improving access to reliable, well-organized data.

Who we are

looking for

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or other quantitative fields.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools.
• A track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and solve business problems using data.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data analysis into clear, insights and/or actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
