Job description

Our Deal Strategy team, known externally as Strategy & Value Creation, helps clients make better strategic decisions, create sustainable value, and deliver complex business transformations. Our work spans commercial due diligence, growth and market entry strategy, corporate and portfolio strategy, business planning, value creation, operating model development, integration and separation, and restructuring and turnaround.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants across a variety of engagements, gaining exposure to different industries, business challenges, and transaction contexts.

Roles and responsibilities

• Support project teams across a range of Strategy & Value Creation engagements, including commercial due diligence, growth and market entry strategy, corporate strategy, business planning, value creation, and business transformation projects.

• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and customer research using both primary and secondary sources to support strategic analyses and recommendations.

• Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing client, market, and company data to generate actionable insights.

• Support the development of analytical models, market sizing exercises, benchmarking studies, business cases, and value creation assessments.

• Apply structured problem-solving approaches to identify key business issues, assess strategic alternatives, and support the formulation of recommendations.

• Collaborate with team members on project coordination, workshops, stakeholder interviews, and the preparation of client deliverables.

• Prepare high-quality presentation materials, reports, proposals, project plans, and other project documentation.

• Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge development, and business development activities, as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (3rd or 4th year) or a Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Strong interest in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative information

• Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize findings into clear, well-structured insights and recommendations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai

• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced professional environment

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

• Previous internship experience, participation in case competitions, leadership activities, or involvement in consulting, finance, research, or business-related projects will be considered an advantage

• Available to commit to a full-time internship throughout the program duration
