KPMG in Thailand's Business Transformation team helps organisations improve performance through process improvement, enterprise transformation management, programme and project management, and change management.

We are seeking analytical and motivated students who are eager to apply their academic knowledge to real business challenges. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will support client and internal engagements, build practical consulting skills, and contribute to high-quality deliverables.

Roles and responsibilities

Under the guidance of experienced consultants, you will support business transformation engagements by:

• Research and Business analysis - Conducting research and structured analysis to assess business needs, performance, transformation priorities, key issues, and improvement opportunities.

• Document and deliverable development - Supporting the preparation of assessments, recommendations, transformation plans, presentations, and other project documentation that translate findings into practical actions.

• Quality and professional standards - Producing accurate, consistent, and evidence-based work while meeting agreed deadlines and complying with client confidentiality and the firm's quality and risk management requirements.

• Team collaboration - Coordinating effectively with team members and stakeholders to deliver value to clients.

• Risk Management - Understanding project-specific risks and performing work in line with professional standards to minimise potential adverse impacts. Regular update the task progress to advisor.

• Internal project - perform the internal KPMG project as per assignment

• and support team as per assignment

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline; applications from third-year, fourth-year, and graduate students are welcome.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure issues, interpret data, and draw logical conclusions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and approved AI tools.

• High attention to detail, sound judgement, and a commitment to accuracy and quality.

• A proactive, dependable, and collaborative working style, with curiosity, openness to feedback, and the ability to complete assigned tasks within agreed deadlines.
