The position is responsible for all aspects of taxation and accounting for both factory and sales office. Ensure processes including recording and recognition of transactions are in accordance with local tax rules.
A Typical Day
Lead to prepare financial Income statement ( TB , P&L , BS , Journal Entry , CF ) for Factory and Export Business
Work closely with COE to verify the correctness of financial data and tally with Factory Operating tool (Magman)
Review the Account Reconciliation with COE team ie Bank & B/S reconciliation
Fulfill requests from Internal and External auditors as well as Revenue Department, To consolidate Financial statement for Total Electrolux Thailand company (All BU) .
Oversee internal controls, accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Electrolux Standards and the requirement of local tax authorities, and operational efficiency.
Supervise and develop Accounting team in Rayong
Support Manager to reviewing Taxation Monthly report and annual basis to Revenue Department (VAT, Withholding Tax, CIT, BOI documentation, Tax returns etc).
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Master Degree is a plus
At least 5 years of work experience in manufacturing, with SAP knowledge
Strong knowledge in Accounting, Compliance and Taxation with preferable audit background and experience in working with Share service team
Business level of English communication
Available for travelling to Rayong factory
