• Coordinate and support digital transformaiton (DX) initiatives across functions including data collection, progess tracking, prioritization, and follow-up.
• Consolidate and control DX for aligning with governance such as progress reports, dashboards, budget monitoring and updates for DX Committee meetings.
• Lead for internal communication on DX activities to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision-making among stakeholders.
• Support preparation and facilitation of strategy-related workshopsand meetings.
• Consolidate insights and key outcomes from workshops and strategic discussions into structured reports and presentation materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional data collection and analysis to support strategic KPIs and performance monitoring.
• Assist in annual strategy review and planning process in line with company direction.
• Other related assignments as required.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economic, or other related fields.
• Having at least 3 years experiences for digital transformation, strategy or project management.
• Analytical & Structured thinking (collect, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple functions into clear insights with Capable of structuring complex information into logical reports, dashboards, and presentations for management decision-making).
• Project coordination & Execution discipline (strong follow-up and coordination skills to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables together with able to work across multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail).
• Stakeholder communication & Collaboration (effective communicator who can work with cross-functional teams and translate technical or data-driven into clear messages).
