MEP Scope

Plan and maintain the system(Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) is fully responsible to successfully manage, execute, complete and handover MEP projects related to infrastructure projects, shopping mall and department store projects (MEP includes HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting & Electrical Systems)

• Ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety
• Monitor project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution
• Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities regulations
• Provide guidance, managerial, technical support to complete project team
• Develop Action and Recovery plans to support program delivery on time
• Finalize system blueprints and handover

Tenant Scope

• Center of contact for tenant and all related parties throughout design & fit out process.
• Communicate and provide information for tenants.
• Facilitate and Coordinate with tenant, designer, contractor & building management for landlord.
• Monitor and follow up tenant design and fit out progress.
• Manage daily tasks for Tenant Coordination team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical and related field)
• At least 5 years in MEP ,Tenant or Building Project experience
• Strong in mall-specific merchandising strategy and real estate and property
• Must possess strong Leadership and Communication Skills
• Proven track record on completing projects or building management
• Good command of English
