We Do Asia is a Bangkok-based full-service distributor for genuine and relevant brands who want active
representation in South East Asia. For our two start-ups Natural Farm and Smart Air Filters, we are
looking for a PA to support our Head of New Business with daily tasks. In addition, we need your active
support for our social media activities.

About our Businesses:
Smart Air is a social enterprise and certified B-Corp that combats the dangers of air pollution with free
education and cost-effective air purifiers. We have offices in 6 countries across Asia, shipped more than
100,000 air purifiers to more than 30 countries, and hosted more than 1,000 workshops about air
pollution.

Natural Farm is a recently founded start-up that distributes high-quality Yogurts and other dairy products
in Bangkok.
REPORTING TO: Director

Qualification
● Female / Male, Thai Nationality
● Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Humanities, Marketing, Finance, or Science
● We only speak English at work. Excellent command in Thai/English both written and spoken
skills is a must.
● Good in computer literacy and MS office
● Self-motivated, initiative, proactive, open-minded and result-oriented.
● Able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
● Personal Assistance to Head of New Business
● Organization of supplies
● Translations English / Thai
● Order processing and Shop Management (Line Shop)
● Correspondence and Phone calls
● Content Creation for Social Media (Canva)
● Social Media Campaign Management (Instagram, Facebook)
● Prepare monthly Brand Reports (basic XLS or google spreadsheet skills required)
● Provides the required administrative and marketing support to the Direct Manager.
