To be a leader of New Product Introduction (NPI) Quality Engineering to handle quality of NPI Assembly of Leadless (QFN) product series that cover below activities;

APQP driven, follow up NPI activities and to be gate review for qualification report, PPAP and APQP phase exist

Involve with team to define package / process characteristics and define product/process quality control/procedure/criteria for new product

Engage in process of quality control for NPI lot

Take care for quality issue of NPI, take ownership on quality issue and communicate with customer, and ensure that the intern/corrective/permanent actions or improvement plan will be as planned

Audit/monitor to ensure compliance of new product/package/process according to specifications or customer requirements

Report the qualification result of new product/package/process to the customers

To be a leader and center for NPI quality driven, analysis and reduction in quality issue of NPI
