About the role

We are seeking a technically strong professional to support Sales and Product Management teams by providing product expertise, technical consultation, competitive benchmarking, and training support. This role acts as the key technical bridge between Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure products are well-positioned in the market and sales teams are equipped with the right technical knowledge and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical product evaluations, competitive benchmarking, and market analysis.

• Identify product performance gaps, market opportunities, and improvement recommendations.

• Provide technical support and product consultation to Sales teams and channel partners.

• Coordinate with Engineering and Product Management teams on product specifications, features, and technical issues.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including technical readiness and product launches.

• Develop and maintain product selection, benchmarking, and technical support tools.

• Prepare and review technical documentation, including catalogs, manuals, application guides, and product presentations.

• Deliver technical training and product knowledge sessions for employees, distributors, and channel partners.

• Support technical seminars, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and industry events.

• Ensure technical product information remains accurate, updated, and aligned with market requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• 2-5 years of experience in Technical Support, Product Engineering, Application Engineering, Technical Sales Support, Product Management Support, or related functions.

• Strong understanding of engineering products, technical specifications, and product documentation.

• Ability to analyze product performance, compare competitive products, and identify technical advantages.

• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Preferred

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial, electrical, automation, HVAC, building technologies, or engineering-related products.

• Experience conducting product benchmarking and competitor analysis.

• Experience delivering technical training or product knowledge programs.

• Familiarity with technical product selection or engineering calculation tools.

• Customer-facing experience supporting Sales teams in technical discussions and solution recommendations.
