1. Develop marketing strategies and communication initiatives targeting B2C and B2B channels, including franchises, modern trade, and other segments.
2.Conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative research to develop key findings and recommended actions pre- and post-business performance
3.Cooperation with other partners on social media, PR, and Product for go-to-market activities, insights and analytics.
4.Strategic execution/management of promotional plans - extremely detailed oversight of key internal documents including budgets

Job Qualifications:

1. Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields.
2. Minimum 3-5 years experience in Marketing Strategy, Trade Marketing.
3. Expertise & have experience Marketing in Coffee, Restaurant, Franchises of Modern trade

4. Knowledge and Proficiency of Software Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop will be advantage
