Key Responsibilities:
- Plan buying strategy, budget, sale and marketing promotion to maximize sales and profit
- Lead and provide coaching to buying /merchandising team to follow company direction. Problem solving on routine
- Manage and negotiate with suppliers to get best benefit to company e.g. cost saving, GP compensate, etc
- Monitor development & production plan, sale, GP, profit, inventory to achieve company target
- Drive initiatives to create differentiates towards work e.g. product innovations, new product range, etc
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Over 10 years of proven experience in merchandising, buying, or category management.
- Experience in team leadership or management.
- Background in retail, wholesale, or consumer goods industries is a plus.
- Well understand retail and hypermarket business
- Good in analysis sale & profit to achieve target
- Well understand customer target and love fashion
- Good knowledge in apparel business including sourcing, development, production, raw materials
