Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible in leading and coaching in span to be able to deliver the operations Key Performance Indicator
• Responsible in supporting to serve customers’ satisfaction
• Responsible in analyzing and addressing operation issues and have plan in place.
• Responsible to ensure in landing and embedding all company policy and procedure to stores
• Responsible to identify staff talent and develop them to be ready for moves and appointments
• Responsible to review store managers’ progress against targets in once a month.
• Responsible in leading and coaching store managers to manage people in recruiting and preventing turnover including support people’s learning and growth in career.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Retail Business Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in the retail business
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or executive role
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Proficient in stakeholder management
• Proven ability to drive profitability
• Strong financial analysis and management skills
• Team leadership and people management skills
• Willingness to travel and work in upcountry/provincial areas
