Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or related technical functions.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

Proven ability to make sound decisions and solve problems systematically.

Good knowledge of Thai Labor Standard 8001-2553.

Solid understanding of workplace safety regulations and 5S principles.

Basic knowledge of ASEAN GMP requirements.

Knowledge of HALAL Assurance System 23000.

Understanding of Environmental Management Systems (EMS).

Job description

Conduct analysis and define machinery specifications in alignment with operational requirements.

Coordinate and support the study and planning of machinery installation projects.

Oversee and support the management and control of machinery installation activities to ensure compliance with company standards.

Assist in project planning and implementation to achieve departmental objectives.

Supervise and support supervisors and staff in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and performance efficiency.

Monitor and follow up on project progress, ensuring timely completion according to the established timeline.

Assist in controlling and monitoring project budgets to ensure cost efficiency.

Support and implement personnel development plans within the department.

Prepare and review validation documentation for machinery changes or new equipment installation in compliance with relevant standards.

Coordinate and provide training sessions on new technologies to supervisors and staff.

Support the control of the Master Plan and ensure operations are executed in accordance with the approved plan.
