• Develop annual and quarterly trade marketing plans for the On-Trade channel aligned with company and brand objectives.
• Identify channel, customer, and consumer insights to drive growth opportunities.
• Recommend channel priorities, activation strategies, and investment allocation.

• Design and implement consumer promotions, brand activations, and customer engagement programs.

• Work closely with Sales teams to develop customer-specific activation plans.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Support commercial negotiations by providing trade marketing recommendations and ROI analysis.
• POSM & Visibility Management.
• Lead development and deployment of POSM, merchandising materials, and visibility assets.
• Ensure brand standards and execution quality are maintained across outlets.
• Monitor compliance and effectiveness of visibility initiatives.
• Budget Management & ROI Tracking.
• Manage trade marketing budget efficiently and effectively.
• Track program performance, consumer response, and return on investment (ROI).
• Provide post-evaluation reports and recommendations for future improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration.
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful program delivery.
• Support new product launches and innovation initiatives within the On-Trade channel.
• Bachelor's or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Customer Activation.
• Experience in FMCG, Beverage, Alcohol, Consumer Goods, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of On-Trade business, HORECA, Pub & Bar, and Entertainment channels.
• Proven experience managing activation campaigns, promotions, and customer programs.
• Strong analytical, project management, and budgeting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, late nights to support on trade activations and market executions.
