Senior Social and Community Manager
ที่บริษัท แอสเซนด์ กรุ๊ป จำกัดReporting to the Marketing Manager, the Manager of Social and Community Manager will be responsible actively monitors and engages with social communities on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube as it strikes up conversations and forms bonds with Marketing Team, the sellers, the customer service and the TrueMoney fan base. Using a tool kit of new and emerging social media platforms, this person must find ways to support TrueMoney's marketing activities as well as discover new, innovative ways to drive traffic to www.TrueMoney.co.th.
Must be a professional multitasker, serving as a key partner in crime to Brand and Customer Service. The candidate should deliver success through building, driving and collaborating with all TrueMoney teams to achieve what everyone wants—results. You must be a team player who has passion for storytelling on every platform. You must be on top of all things social, including industry trends and cutting-edge opportunities. Must be affluent in discovering new ways to make TrueMoney the undisputed leader within the social space.

- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.

- Innovator with the drive and persistence to take TrueMoney digital conversation to the next level.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Budget management, including monthly forecasting and tracking
- Lead the social marketing team & create communication plans for all windows to align with digital strategy.
- Clearly communicate all social advertising plans to Head of Digital and ensure all assets launch flawlessly.
- Partner with colleagues across the organization to develop and post content around social media networking sites.
- Own social conversation strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and other new social platforms finding key ways to improve fan engagement and interaction.
- Create advertorial content to build brand advocate, drive sales and support SEO
- Use social media listening tools to monitor online conversations and brand/product mentions campaigns.
- Look for the latest innovation and opportunities in social marketing and recommend key ways to drive the business.
- Analyze statistics to identify areas of improvement and opportunity to determine success of campaigns.
- Regular report insight gained from social media monitoring and create presentation summarizing achievements, strengths, weakness and opportunities
- Identify key strategic partners and potential partnerships to build brand affinity & drive sales.
- Manage budget process and work to gain efficiencies with team in order to reduce budgets on standard projects.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; master's degree preferred.
- 4+ years in digital marketing, social marketing or related marketing field.
- Proven track record for managing teams and driving complex projects.
- Good understanding of Analytic tools like Google Analytic and etc.
- Strongly of presentation skills and project management
- Fluent in English with Strong communication skills
