About this Position

Responsible for executing engineering processes to deliver high-quality products on time and at competitive costs, collaborating with stakeholders to provide professional support and advice, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies, monitoring key performance indicators, and staying current with technical developments and trends in the field.

What you´ll do

• Improve process and production in Bangapkong plant with high efficiency, quality. Include support new methods and/or system to comply with Henkel requirement
  
• Communicating with peers to effectively execute the manufacturing processes
  
• Improve efficiency and capacity of all production process activities related to Hot Melt, Water-Based, and Solvent-Based in Bangpakong Plant
  
• Gate keeper on new product localization in Bangpakong plant an ensure that all related information of new products, product change are transferred to produce product with good quality and safely
  
• Process and quality Improvement by Lean method
  
• Manage New product localization, New Product Introduction, management of change

What makes you a good fit

• Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/ Industrial Engineering or any other related field
  
• 0-2 years working experience in Production Management
  
• Open for new graduates
  
• Proficient in MS-Office
  
• Willing to be based in Chonburi plant (Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate)
