What youÂīll do

  • Act as a lead contact point with company's strategic account and working together closely to develop category and business
  • Responsible for execution in store range from maximizing visibility, promotional activity and list in new product in time with communication plan; Build and create long lasting relationship between company and customer
  • Identify new business development opportunity to maximize sales and profit; Main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships; Collaborate with clients to develop strategies that align with their business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals; Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms and conditions align with both parties' expectations; Regularly meet with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
  • 5-10 years’ experience in sales
  • Experience in either personal care category or beauty channel is preferred
  • Straightforward in discussion and provides feedback in a positive way
