The position holder will Support and Monitor Essilor IT Infrastructure and Applications

• Alerts Management, issues resolution on Essilor IT systems (Network, Servers, Applications)
• Users support, communication and tickets Managements
• Logging and tracking the details of the issue and problems as cases
• Identify the types, categories, severity and urgency of the case.
• Route user and alert cases to proper teams to follow up and handle including tracking the status of cases unit closure.
• Escalate the case to Supervisor when we the issue is going to miss the SLA
• Provide technical phone support to user

• Thai Nationality Male/ Female 20 - 30 years
• Able to work in Shift (สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้)
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in IT
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Good Command in English
• Able to understand customer contracts, Service level Agreement, and Scopes of work.
• Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware, windows and Unix operating system and Databases
• Good Troubleshooting skills.
