Job Purpose

Provide data-driven insights, recruitment pipeline visibilities, business intelligence, and EHP pipeline analysis to support agency growth. This role develops and maintains dashboards, recruitment analytics, forecasting models, and management reporting to enable effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards for agent recruitment performance monitoring
• Create automated reporting solutions related to New Recruits, Future Me, and EHP performance
• Ensure data visualization effectively communicates key recruitment, Future Me, and EHP insights and trends
• Develop recruitment pipeline tracking and funnel management from prospecting through licensing and activation
• Analyze conversion rates at each recruitment stage and identify bottlenecks in the pipeline of New Recruits and EHP
• Analyze regular cost and impact analysis for EHP pipeline
• Provide deep-dive analysis of EHP performance and support strategic recommendations for revising EHP incentive scheme
• Collaborate with Role and Responsibility team for regular pipeline health assessments and recruitment outlook reports - Support data for conducting deep-dive analysis on recruitment and Future Me campaigns, programs and incentive schemes
• Track and report KPIs related to New Recruits, Future Me, and EHP against business targets
