Study abroad counsellor is responsible for providing information, advice, support and processing of applications for Thai students seeking placement in international institutions, worldwide. As we are a startup business we need a potential candidate with native Thai Speaker with fluency in English, other language is a plus. Essentially you will have studied abroad at either undergraduate or postgraduate level. So if you think you can work in startup business' culture and fast moving, click apply now. • Attend to Thai student face-to-face, phone, online, chat-box and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing information and advice to prospective Thai student and their families regarding study abroad opportunities at all level, in Thai and English.
• Assist with the application process, including completing application forms, visas reviewing documentation and related activities.
• Maintain and manage the applicant database
• Share knowledge and market information with a team member who may find it useful.
• Maintain and update all institutional information materials.
• Build a good working relationship with team member and admissions staff from institutions.
• Help to set up new business.

• Good command of spoken and written Thai
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Bachelor degree or above with at least 2 years of experience
• Overseas experience/education abroad is a must
• Service minded, people oriented with pleasant personality and positive attitude
• Responsible, quick-learner and self-motivated
• Understand needs and issues of student who wish to study abroad
