Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the beverage manufacturing facility, including production, quality control, maintenance, warehouse, and logistics.

• Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, product quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

• Oversee and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, food safety standards, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency, optimize processes, improve OEE, reduce waste and downtime, and control manufacturing costs.

• Effectively manage factory resources, including manpower, production equipment, raw materials, packaging materials, utilities, and production capacity.

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment to minimize unplanned downtime and maximize equipment reliability and efficiency.

• Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Quality, R&D, and Sales teams to ensure production capacity and output meet business and customer requirements.

• Develop, implement, and monitor production KPIs, including output, OEE, yield, downtime, waste, quality performance, labor productivity, and production costs.

• Lead, coach, train, and motivate production teams to build a high-performing and accountable workforce.

• Ensure factory operations comply with labor laws, environmental regulations, occupational health and safety requirements, and company policies.

• Monitor factory budgets and operating expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain effective cost control.

• Prepare regular management reports covering production performance, efficiency, quality, downtime, costs, manpower, and operational issues, with recommendations for improvement.

• Identify operational risks and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve production and quality issues effectively.

• Establish and maintain strong systems for production planning, inventory control, process control, and operational discipline.

• Promote a culture of safety, quality, efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the factory.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, with significant experience in a factory management or production management role.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Experience in beverage production, particularly canned and PET-bottled beverages, will be highly advantageous.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in GMP, HACCP, ISO, food safety, and manufacturing quality systems.

• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, OEE, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and production optimization.

• Proven experience managing production teams, factory manpower, machinery, raw materials, and manufacturing costs.

• Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing management systems.

• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and people-management skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

Preferred Beverage Industry Experience
