Create and deliver talent and leadership development curricula. Coordinate training program implementation to enhance organizational capabilities. Requirements: 7-12 years of experience in organizational development, learning & development, or talent management; Demonstrated experience collaborating with senior stakeholders on people initiatives; Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities; Demonstrated capacity to blend strategic vision with practical implementation; Flexibility and initiative in dynamic, evolving work environments.
