Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the overall project strategy for RS Music-X, including music releases and events.

• Source and coordinate with artists, producers, songwriters, and suppliers to deliver various projects.

• Manage the production of music content, including songs, visuals, and music videos, ensuring alignment with the project concept.

• Control and plan budget allocations efficiently.

• Collaborate on marketing strategies and supervise the production of external content across social media platforms.

• Oversee and support content creation for sponsor integrations and product tie-ins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative role within music, film, concerts, or related industries.

• Strong negotiation and coordination skills, with the ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.

• Highly responsible and resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities.
